An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a bespoke property solutions company for Landlords, Investors and Local Councils based in Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a well-established and friendly business. Along with a salary of up to £28,000 plus bonus scheme in place to increase earning potential, you will also benefit from private medical care, company pension and store discounts.

  • Office Based in Milton Keynes – Portfolio based in Bedford
  • 9am till 5pm (full autonomy to plan your diary)

As a Property Manager, a summary of your responsibilities below:

  • Oversee all elements of property management, including establishing relationships with landlords, agents, and tenants, as well as overseeing maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine inspections of properties to verify they meet safety and upkeep criteria.
  • Organise repair and maintenance tasks by liaising with service providers and suppliers.
  • Facilitate tours of potential new properties to assess if they match our standards.
  • Vet tenants prior to and during their lease to ensure suitability.
  • Draft and execute rental agreements, ensuring adherence to the terms at all times.
  • Handle and resolve any complaints or disputes from tenants promptly.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of residents and property maintenance efforts.
  • Remain informed about local residential regulations and laws to guarantee compliance is maintained.
